We live only minutes away from all of our properties, we're readily available to make your stay comfortable and worry-free.
At the end of the day, after you check into your rental, we remain here in Cuchara with you and if you need assistance,

On a Personal Note:
We have been fortunate enough to live and work in the Cuchara Valley for the past 13 years.
Julie's roots in the Cuchara Valley include thirteen years teaching pre-school.
Ron is on the Board of Directors for the Spanish Peaks hospital, as well as a business owner in Walsenburg.
We enjoy all aspects of Cuchara Valley and are convinced that there is no better place to spend time with our children and grandchildren.
Not every child can say that they have seen bear (almost daily), or found a bear hibernating!
There are so many things for us to enjoy as a family, we wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
